• Lead and prepare all billings, credit assessments, aging, collections and reconciliations for the effective and efficient management of Accounts Receivables for SP Group
• Actively monitor and manage overdue AR accounts, implementing effective credit control strategies to minimize risk and maintain client relationships.

• Assist team lead in managing the Fin Ops Team to ensure smooth flow and timeliness of financial operations

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. About the Role:

• Manage and support the overall financial reporting and financial closing in compliance with US GAAP, FRS, and Group reporting requirements, and financial analysis for various entities.

Drive informed decision making within the COO’s organization by turning data from our Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech and Compliance operations into actionable insights that improve the robustness and profitability of Sleek’s operations.

Outcomes: 

1/ Data reliability 
Ensuring that your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of what causes the 10% gap.

2/ Dashboard creation and management 
- Visualizing data in Looker Studio or Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise
- Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards
- Dashboards are to be prototyped with the end user in Google Sheets before created

Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs, so that everyone is aware of each other's workstreams/ sprints, challenges and learnings.

Responsibilities

• As an SAP FICO Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) to oversee the functional design review process to provide guidance and recommendations for the S4Hana migration project;
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and define business requirements for SAP implementations;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes, requirements, and use case;
• Develop the business case, including budget, timeline, resources, vendors, and solutions;
• Perform gap analysis to align business requirements with system functionalities;
• Maintain comprehensive business requirement documents and assist vendors in developing functional specifications;
• Oversee the execution of test plans to ensure implementations meet quality standards and business needs;
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, ensuring timely resolution of any issues;
• Liaise with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are effectively translated into system design;
• Ensure clear alignment between project scope and business objectives, managing any changes effectively.

Job Description & Requirements

Degree holder with >5 years of experience in performing AML/KYC duties (preferably CDD) within the financial service sector

Strong logical reasoning skill; can consume a multitude of information to draw reasonable conclusion on a scenario in a structured manner

Respectful and professional when challenging a past decision or quality of work

Can manage pressure from high volume

Fluent and articulate in both spoken and written English

Self-started, team player; can work with stakeholders from other BUs.

Experience with Detica appreciated, but not mandatory

Candidates with Less 5 years of experience (3-5 Years) will be considered as L2 KYC Analyst.
