The Wealth Control Analyst is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. The Wealth Control team fosters a culture of control and customer centricity and accountability by leading efforts to identify, anticipate and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. As a team member of Network Services Support, your responsibilities includes:

• Providing Technical Support for the firm’s global network with a focus on both network infrastructure projects and infrastructure break fixes.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst who is familiar with product management!

As a Digital Business Analyst with specialization on Product Engineering, you will be a key member of the GovTech project team, comprising the Project Manager, Operations Team, Cloud/Solution Architect and other Technical Consultants to deliver ICT capabilities.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Your primary focus will be on the product features, functional analysis and feature delivery of a core Document Management System. In this role, you will work in an operations team, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to:
• Be fully conversant in the features and capabilities of the Document Management System
• Participate in functional and requirements analysis for enhancements and defect management
• Translate business use cases into technical, functional specifications and test cases
• Evaluate and recommend solutions that best address business and operational needs
• Review design, system testing, integration testing and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met
• Maintain oversight and control over product deployments and roll-outs
• Play an active role in stand-ups to ensure agile delivery of product backlogs
• Ensure product usability with interface design and standardisation, user/video guides
• Meet with stakeholders and key users to receive continuous feedback to improve and evolve the system
• Drive product upgrades and technology refresh for the system and its underlying components
• Manage product backlogs, assess feature requests for value and work closely with supporting teams to ensure successful delivery
• Work with developers and operations personnel to understand and troubleshoot technical problems as needed, and provide timely management updates till resolution
• Undertake root cause analysis for problems in order to implement preventive and corrective measures to meet business and performance needs

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Good understanding of user experience design, search systems, web application and system security principles and implementation, session management and operations best practices
• Demonstrable experience in application management and operations, including content management systems and information-centric systems (portals, search engines)
• Working knowledge of content management systems such as OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint and AI/ML would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Able to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
• Able to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit, manage and prioritise key business needs
• Knowledge and practice of Agile methodologies for operations and product development work
• A team player with strong influencing and people handling skills
• Experience in product line management and costing, communications and collateral preparation for publicity and usability of the product is preferred.

The VP – Data Risk & Control Lead Analyst is responsible for contributing to the directional strategy and assisting in creation and modification of Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, and/or Data Risk and Control Framework and Data Risk Taxonomy. The focus of this role may be on one or more of the following areas: assisting in identification, measurement and reporting, data policy adoption and compliance, data controls framework performance and issue management process, and regulatory and audit response and action tracking.

This role requires someone who is dynamic, flexible, and can easily respond to quickly changing needs. The candidate must have the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity and be able to deliver on multiple responsibilities. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with multiple teams to implement relevant Data Governance policies and/or Data Risk and Control framework
• Provide expertise on Data Governance and/or Data Risk and Controls framework including design, effectiveness, performance monitoring and self-assessment processes
• Oversight and analysis of data-related issues, tracking of ownership and target dates and associated metrics and reporting
• Support and coordinate with business lines and global functions on enterprise Data Governance strategy roll out, including new Data risk taxonomy and associated changes to key risk indicators and control framework
• Gather and synthesize metrics on existing Data Governance and/or Data Risk and Controls principles, policies, practices and standards, e.g., understanding industry best practices
• Produce recommendations for enterprise-wide guiding principles, policies, processes and practices
• Determine requirements for and prioritize development of new enterprise-wide principles, policies, processes and practices as needed
• Develop and manage approach for measuring adoption of principles, policies, processes and practices

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years relevant experience in a Data Governance/ Data Management/ Process Engineering or related area
• Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools
• Requires basic commercial awareness
• Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth understanding of Incident Management Lifecycle

• Build the knowledge base and understand the various application service flow  product, and services

• Able to develop, edit, and distribute effective internal and external communication in a timely and accurate manner as per the documented process

• Follow documented support procedures, managing each issue through resolution or turnover to maintain established service levels

• Liaise with L2 support groups to collaborate on the resolution of incidents and problems

• Proactively work with Global Support groups and/or client or vendors to provide flexible and nimble solution for client issues and resolve system problems quickly

• Track update and resolve all assigned requests in the incident management system, ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate, and meets a standard of high quality

• Enhance technical skills through participation in ongoing training

• Able to communicate and work cordially in global team with teammate from different culture and in time zone.

• Ensure all incidents and changes are in compliance to ITIL and operation policy

• Be able to problem diagnose, quickly and efficiently by running and review application and network traces

• Supporting the Command and Control of all Critical and High priority incidents for Visa services

• Strive to enable the team to restore IT services as soon as possible using Incident Management techniques

• Timely communication/update to all stakeholders, including senior/executive management. transform technical detail into business language and meet OLAs.

• Drive Improvement of Service Quality by preventing future interruptions to service by way of Continuous Improvement via Problem Management interfacing with Global Problem Management & Support teams

• Ensure accurate logging of incidents in ServiceNow, producing incident summary reports/executive summaries, other reports, appropriate for use in post incident review or for formal internal/external customer review

• Ensure all functions adhere to all policies and procedures to meet the requirements of the Audit, Regulators and Compliance guidelines.

• Representation & Participation for the Major Incident team during operational meetings

• Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach

• Ability to communicate well and manage highly stressful situations during the Incident.

• Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions based on the policies and procedures

• This role may require Weekend On-call support.
