In this dual-role position, you will oversee both the financial operations and human resource functions of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Finance and HR Executive, you will be responsible for streamlining financial processes, administering payroll and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and developing HR policies and practices to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

· Prepare monthly financial reports, manage budgets, and monitor cash flow.

· Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and financial regulations.

- To be responsible for managing day-to-to-today activities in treasury and corporate functions to meet the financial and regulatory obligations of the group.

Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

• To manage intercompany loans.
