Position : Temp Finance Executive (System Administration), Finance Shared Services Centre

Contract period : Estimated from Feb 24 – Jul 24 (6mth period)

Working hours :

Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30 am to 6.00pm

Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30pm

Qualification : Min Dip level, salary ranges from $2,000 - $3,000 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

To perform system administration duties such as

1. Process warrant requests (after checking certain conditions are met);

2. Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) warrant module solutioned or enhancements to existing modules for Home Team Depts (HTDs);

3. Plan and conduct Change Management activities to onboard HTDs to the new module (e.g. do PowerPoint slides or Canva design to explain changes);

4. Perform other ad-hoc activities.

The job nature is not too IT/technical as client will be providing on the job training on processing warrants and the UAT/onboarding activities are mostly related to the new warrant module.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and other financial reporting.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes that are performed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for ensuring that monthly, half-year, and annual reports and other financial reporting are delivered in line with deadlines.
• Oversee the analysis of organizational revenues, liabilities, assets, and other financial indicators to forecast short and medium-term performance.
• Managing cash management and other related activities.
• Review loan agreements to ensure that completeness and accuracy are in accordance with the company policy.
• Perform other duties like HR, admin, collection as well as credit risk, etc assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of full set accounting experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Required Mandarin Language to provide consultation in Mandarin for Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Experience in Credit underwriting or loan assessment will be advantage.
• Experience in lending industry will be advantage.

Additional:

• Mon to Fri: 1030am to 730pm
• Once a month saturday need to work: 1030am to 130pm
