Based in CDPQ’s Singapore subsidiary and reporting to the Managing Director, Private Equity, the successful candidate will support the International Private Equity team, deployment and portfolio management objectives. He / she will contribute to optimizing returns, collaborating on transactions and closely monitoring portfolio companies to create value.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in the selection of deals and help prepare preliminary analysis and documents for investment recommendations within established timelines

Requirements

• At least two (2) years’ experience in finance/ investment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or accounting from a top-tier institution
• Master’s degree in finance and/or CFA designation would be an advantage
• Excellent financial modelling and analysis skills
• Comfortable with software used in finance (Excel, Capital IQ, ThomsonOne, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Understanding of the Japanese and/or Korean market dynamics is a strong advantage
• Fluent English is required, both written and spoken

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Planning play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of the organization's strategic initiatives. Education & Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Perform monthly AR functions such as billing and etc

2 Perform weekly donations finance function to check, download from the donation’s online platform and update the donor’s information into IRAS DMS online portal and to generate the Tax or Non-Tax Deductible Receipt to the individual or corporate

3 Prepare for quarterly reporting for ILTC MOH Subvention Subsidies, Medifund/FAS Statistic for half-yearly and yearly, Medifund/FAS projections and any other required government or agencies reporting

4 Prepare the quarterly GST Returns for review. And to prepare the annual long period adjustment for GST after the Audit FS is finalised

5 Prepare schedules for all balance sheet accounts on monthly basis. Review and follow up with the respective account owners on clearance of old ageing items

6 Assist to liaise with internal and external parties on various accounting matters, including external auditors for year-end audit

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting

- Partial to full sets of accounts knowledge

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experiences and preferably has Nursing Home exposures

- Able to handle stress and ad-hoc emergency sourcing matter

- Proficiency in MS Words, MS Excel, MS Navision, Powerpoint, etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Infinus Workstream Leads in the areas of Data sourcing, Accounting Hub, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Staff Expenses, Account Reconciliation, Group Consolidation and Financial Statements & Disclosure.
• Perform project activities from requirement analysis to go-live, and change request impact analysis.
