The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and applicable automated systems and develops As-Is and To-Be descriptions. This individual leads requirements gathering and analysis activities, prepares and delivers written and oral communications participate in testing activities and helps design methods and procedures for internal and external projects.

• Elicit requirements for software development.

What you will do:

As a Pricing Analyst, this role will be responsible for supporting the Product and Sales organizations with price administration and quote analysis. This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

What’s the job?
