Responsibilities:

Compensation and Workflow Management

• Understand existing and new compensation, campaigns, clubs, schemes mechanism and build Alteryx/SQL/Python/VBA workflows for the team.
• Support the review of existing workflows with department members and coach them to enhance the workflows with agreed consistent standards.
