The Job

The Asia ex-Japan Cash Equity Trades Processing team is responsible for the operational processing of trade activities for institutional clients trading equities in global markets. Responsibilities:

• Compile and consolidate subsidiaries’ monthly performance reporting data, which include sales, costs, and expenses actual result and outlook.
• Account for variance between actual result and budget with in-depth analysis of root cause.
• Analysis and monitor regional headquarter profit status, included preparing headquarter annual budget and monthly outlook, monitoring monthly profit status and explaining the gaps.

4. Liaising of settlement or fixing with respective counterparties and local T&M Ops

5. Monitor and handle end-to-end CLS process, including exception handling of unmatched/alleged trades and the necessary follow ups and escalation

6. Ensures all reconciliation breaks or exceptions are investigated and resolved within stipulated turnaround time
