Brief Description & Role

This position is responsible for accurately processing and recording all accounting transactions, verifying the accuracy of invoices, and ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

- Receive and review invoices, purchase orders and other payment requests for accuracy, completeness and compliance with the company policies.

- Enter and code invoices into the accounting system for approval and payment.

- Schedule and prepare payment runs, which may include checks, electronic transfer or other payment methods.

- Review and process employee expense reports, reconcile and ensuring compliance with company expense policies.

- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger, and assist with month end and year end closing procedures.

- Generate accounts payable report, aging reports and other financial reports as required. Provide data and analysis to support financial decision making.

Requirements

- Minimum diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years experience in accounts payable role.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Job duties / responsibilities

Role Purpose

The on-site analyst role is to ensure the proper functioning of personal computing and office technology so that end users can most efficiently and effectively accomplish business tasks. Role Purpose
Sr. System Analyst is responsible for managing a community of users in the space of analytics and business intelligence; facilitating activities – pilots/trainings to build up competencies and community of practices within the community, leaders, and users. Design solutions to address visualization challenges faced by the community.

Role & Responsibilities

Data Analytics and Visualisation Consultant
- Developing expertise in the features, benefits, and application of Tableau’s and Power BI’s products.
- Deep understanding of Desktop/ Online applications/product(s) and their integration into stakeholder solutions and resolving their needs.
- Handle and manage all technical clarifications from various stakeholders for their issues and challenges faced.

Requirements

Position Description

The Coal Trading Analyst will join the Coal Trading team within JERAGM in Singapore. The candidate will play a key part of providing trade analysis and commercial, logistical and administrative support required to assist the Coal Trading team and on a day-to-day basis will focus on JERAGM’s Japan business (both JERA and 3rd parties in Japan).
