• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Jedox Planning and Forecast systems.
• Monitor key balance sheet accruals, including operational spending and expatriate costs.
• Drive continuous improvements for budget processes and accrual accuracy.

Financial Reporting

• Estimate and reconcile Viatris recharges under the Tuas tolling model.
• Support financial audits, including internal and external audits on spending variance and P&L commentaries.

Compliance and Coordination

• Liaise with Global Business Services (GBS) on invoicing, billing, and government surveys.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and legal documents accurately.
