Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide end-to-end OTC transaction life-cycle reporting support for T&M derivatives products to fulfill regulatory reporting obligations.
2. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
3. Ensure risk control, risk architecture, and completeness are adhered to.

5. Engage in the development of TR Reporting (new, revised, and updated).
6. Stay up-to-date with regulatory updates.
7. Support NPA (New Product Agreement) & Lite (inclusive of PIR), review all NPAs related to TR, identify any deviations for execution, and monitor until launch and sign-offs.
8. Support delegate reporting for CFTC end-to-end, from issuing of SLA to tagging of systems and ensuring reporting obligations are met.

PO Management

• To make sure the internal validation rules are well applied before PO creation.
• To make sure the PO amounts are aligned with the latest commitments (VM expenses file, CAPEX file) else apply the proper internal validation.

• To create SAP Internal Order for new employees.
• To create SAP Internal Order for counters when it is the first time we collaborate with a specific customer.
• To create SAP Internal Order for specific items like BC seminar.
• To make sure our internal order library is up to date and allocations are proper.

Other Account Payable, reporting and ad-hoc tasks

• To submit the deposit/Advance invoice request via the related SharePoint (Dior TR & Asia Agent)
• To provide to controlling Team the monthly extraction of P&L actual report on closing day
• To check supporting documents and create new Staff code in SAP
• To prepare local spend for Purchasing

• Calculate high-level Corporate Income Tax and assist with related matters.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate and act as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors during audits.
• Prepare consolidated audit files according to SFRS and collaborate with the HQ Finance Director in Europe.
• Finalize calculations and allocations of intercompany costs and management fees.
• Manage balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements for four entities and support the Finance Team on closing matters.
• Prepare reports for the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore (annual and ad hoc).
• Assist the CFO and Finance Director with budgeting, estimates, and ad hoc financial reports.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• CMA or CFA certification is advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role with management responsibilities.
• People management experience of up to 2-3 headcount would be highly beneficial.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate in financial tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise with offices in China and Europe, would be highly beneficial. Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin would be advantageous to facilitate communication.
