Job Description

• Perform follow up on outstanding bills
• Responsible for customer master creation and maintenance
• Attend to payment enquiries and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure successful closing of cases
• Verify billing requests, supporting documents and issue invoices
• Prepare write-offs/outsourcing, commission and other reports
• Prepare inter-company balances confirmation
• Work closely with relevant partners and lawyers for long outstanding payment cases

The Successful Applicant

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent
• 2 years of AR experience or other related experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced environment

Transforming raw data into meaningful insights through the following:

• Measure and analyze activity with data-driven insights
• Build reporting dashboards and working the teams to provide statistics or business data that can help to drive business insights for the company

• Track and monitor content across Titan Digital Media Channels
• Strategize new ways to increase channels’ viewership and engagement
• Identity habits of target audience and channels
• Research on emerging trends across various social media networks

Client Campaigns

• Perform research to gain an in-depth understanding of clients and their customer profiles
• Provide comprehensive post-campaign reports through quantitative and qualitative analysis

Reports to Churn Out:

• Weekly/Monthly Growth of Channels and Videos
• Post-Campaign Reports - 7Day and 30Day
• Ad-hoc project reports

Qualifications & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Internal Audit Team in reviewing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control and governance process for the company.
• Conduct internal audits, operational functions and / or financial areas throughout the company effectively and report on results / findings.
• During the planning of the audit, identifies and assesses risks, key controls and testing approach. Responsible for completing assigned sections of the audit in accordance with stated timeframes and Departmental Standards.
• Applies analytical skills to review information, perform assessments of the audit results and on the adequacy of controls.

Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related fields. Professional certifications (e.g CFA, FRM, CIA) would be an advantage.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in audit function, with credit risk, models or with direct experience as a practitioner in model development/validation will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of model risk and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corportise our business.

Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment.

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting.
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• Process payments to suppliers
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents
• Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments.

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
• Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal
• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
• Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese speaking vendors and suppliers
