• Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial reporting and accounting operations
• Ensure the timely completion of management and statutory financial reporting, with a focus on delivering sound financial analysis

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA
• 8 years of relevant working experience, with a strong foundation in finance and accounting operations
• Proven experience in operational accounting, including hands-on involvement in day-to-day financial management
• Team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Objectives of the position:

Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and waste reduction across APAC and serves as the in-house expert for deriving actionable insights from Operations and Product management data to drive operational efficiency and support business decision-making. Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output.
