Position Objective The purpose of the Finance Executive is to:
● Contribute to the team’s function and success within Australian International School and Brighton College Singapore.
â—Ź Ensure internal procedures are adhered to, including being compliant around the maintenance and security of financial records.
â—Ź Ensure all data entry and accounts receivable tasks are completed accurately
Responsibilities
â—Ź Handling of all customer queries and outstanding receivables.
â—Ź Competent performance of customer account reconciliation.
â—Ź Initiate the collections of overdue accounts.
â—Ź Check and process customer refunds and dishonored cheques promptly.
â—Ź Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
â—Ź Monitor and maintain outstanding payments.
â—Ź Prepare weekly and monthly schedules.
â—Ź Provide the status of the Account Receivable Report.
â—Ź Other duties as determined in consultation with the Director of Finance and the Finance Manager, or such persons as the school may designate.

â—Ź Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
â—Ź Highly numerate
â—Ź Competent knowledge and experience of Microsoft (Word, Excel) is essential
â—Ź Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
â—Ź Customer service experience is essential
â—Ź Strong problem-solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction
â—Ź Ability to build sustainable relationships with customers
â—Ź Flexibility to change duties when required
â—Ź Ability to multitask where needed
â—Ź Experience of working to deadlines essential
â—Ź Experience within the education or service industry preferred but not essential
