Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

-Provide strategic leadership and hands-on financial management for the organisation’s administrative and operational functions, ensuring alignment with its mission, objectives, and policies.

-Serve as a bridge between the Finance Committee and the senior management team, delivering timely advice and fostering effective communication to enhance team performance.

HR

-Manage the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and members' and directors' resolutions.

-Oversee the annual Risk Management operations.

Data Protection Officer

-Ensure the organisation complies with data protection laws and regulations.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller and managing a team, you will be responsible for the finance function of the main trading company and regional subsidiaries, ensuring monthly management accounts are accurate and prepared on a timely basis along with management reporting. Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and reviewed on a timely basis. Preparation of annual financial statements and act as the main contact for statutory and internal audits. Your Profile
