Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Office hours
• 5 days / week

1. In charge of the company entire Account department. overview of quarterly budget, monthly closing, monthly GST submission, monthly cash flow budget.

2. Training of account staff

3. report to CEO on monthly basis of all kinds of report

4. help in yearly accounts closing and probably Audit

5. in charge of company finance, including of Commutation with bank to facility of Loans.

Job Descriptions

· Overseeing and managing financial operations.

· Prepare monthly management performance reports and business review packs, ensure compliance with international accounting standards and tax (GST/WHT/CIT) regulations.

· Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts and support with variance analysis and recommendations.

· Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities.

· Control and manage operating cash flow.

· Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast to support decision-making.

· Handle all taxation matters including indirect tax and ensure compliance with timely filing.

· Identify financial and control risks and implement strategies for mitigation.

· Develop and maintain effective internal control procedures.

· Enforce policies and look into strengthening current internal control.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and implement the changes.

· Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional growth.

· Liase with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities.

· Lead in ERP system implementation related projects.

· Any ad hoc duty assigned.

Qualification / Experience Require

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar role.
• Audit experience will be highly advantageous.
• MNC experience preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV / JDE system is a plus.
• ERP Implementation experience is a plus.
• Singaporean is welcome.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Accounting, Taxation, Financial Standard Reports, and Transfer Pricing requirements.
• Ability to lead and develop team.
• Strong attention to details, possess good problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly committed team player with ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and tight deadlines on report submission.
• Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with key stakeholders.
• Good communication skills with non-financial individuals.
