- Preparation of periodic accounting entries, payments and receipts
- Preparation of monthly/yearly GL closings
- Preparation of financial information for external audits and assist the team to correspond with external auditors to provide requested schedules and supporting
- Ensuring compliance to corporate and statutory guidelines
- Carry out and assume any other responsibilities or ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Self-motivated, meticulous, hands on, able to work independently and proactive team player
- Meticulous with excellent spreadsheet and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Good communication and organisation skills
- SAP/Yardi knowledge advantageous
- Basic accounting knowledge and application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International)
- University degree/Diploma in Accountancy
