You will be responsible for performing HR-related admin duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas: including payroll management, CPF reporting, staff onboarding/offboarding admin, and other recruitment process management, for example.

We envision that the time spent will be split slightly more on the Finance role over the HR Admin role.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously as with a team. This candidate should be corporate culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office and offering up new ideas and programs. Excellent communications skill is a must, especially in English. Any prior experience in F&B / retail industry is welcomed.

The Job

• Managing risk-mitigating activities within the programs
