The position of Project Manager, AVP within the Projects & Change team in Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) involves two main mandates. Firstly, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, including clarifying objectives, defining requirements, coordinating experts, managing budgets, and ensuring project governance. They also need to ensure that solutions align with principles and regulatory requirements. Job Objectives

• To oversee the Costing, Store, and receiving function and work closely with the F&B operations and Finance teams.

Job Description

• Work closely with F&B Department on operational, inventory, and cost-related matters.
• Achieve budget objectives by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Evaluate completeness and accuracy of recipes, determine theoretical cost and selling price, and provide recommendations on cost control and monitoring of wastage.
• Prepare weekly and monthly food and beverage reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising information and trends.

• To check and compute the Jackpot Tax and Revenue and ensure timely submission of the reports to auditors and IRAS.
• Facilitate the weekly Jackpot collection to CISCO and banking of daily cash collections.
• Ensure that there is adequate Nets float at reception and top up when necessary.
• Any other related duties and ad-hoc costing projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years in Cost and Inventory Control role in F&B / hospitality industry

The Position
Reporting to the COO, the appointed individual will be responsible for the full spectrum of the financial accounting, ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/ annual financial reporting as well as the preparation of financial and operating budgets and forecast. There will be a need to prepare monthly group financials for investors and quarterly group financial for board meetings. The Finance Manager will also be involved in treasury functions including managing banking relationships, tax structures, interest rate swaps and FX besides other ad-hoc duties.

The Person
To excel in this role, candidates should possess at least 8 years of working experience and hold an Accountancy Degree with a CPA or CA equivalent.
