• Assist managers on the administrative aspect of the engagements such as time reporting, preparation of the Bill of Cost, documentation tracking etc.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
• Candidates pursuing professional qualification in Accounting may be considered.
• Candidates with a Degree in Finance or Business may also be considered.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and posting of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage and oversee General Ledger activities
• Process for staff claims and payment for daily operating expenses.
• Prepare documents and schedules required by auditors
• Prepare internal management reports such as daily monitoring and daily regulatory data base calculation
• Prepare regulatory reports and respond to regulatory the inquiries
• Support new systems tests as required by Head Office
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Finance & Accounting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/ Diploma in accountancy or related accounting qualifications
• Minimum 3 years handling accounting operations such as payment / nostro reconciliations and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS excel
• Must be meticulous and careful
• Mature with good communication skills and must be able to work independently
