Job Descriptions:

• Handle and maintain AP and GL.

• Manage funds and ensure all money payable to the company is properly accounted for.
• Recover and demand payment due to the company.
• Issue payments to contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain proper records for all collections related to management and maintenance.
• Handle daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
• Conduct daily sales, debtor reconciliations, bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and cash flow projections.

• Compile monthly billing statements with inputs from division heads.
• Verify supplier and vendor invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documentation.
• Process payments according to approved procedures and credit terms.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Must have at least 12 years of working experience in the related fields.
• Must have experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Navision is preferred.
• Independent, meticulous, well-organized, and a strong team player.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external parties.
• Availability to work 6 days a week.

-Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.

-Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

-Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may involve assessing market risks, credit risks, liquidity risks, and operational risks, and implementing risk management practices and controls.

-Manage the organization's investment portfolio, including evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and making recommendations for investment decisions. Monitor investment performance and adjust strategies as needed.

-Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information. Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

-Analyze costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Develop cost management strategies and monitor cost performance against budgetary targets.

-Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and initiatives.

About the Role:

This position is an integral part of the team and is mainly responsible for Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Treasury functions. He/she need to also perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Roles and responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare actual and budget/forecast financial reporting and presentation, including improve the template when needed.
• Perform variance analysis and document commentaries on financial results for the respective business and operation units.
• Partner with business teams to support business decisions & strategy.
• Ensure each business and operation units costs are being forecasted and accounted properly for before month end close.
• Assist to manage outsource service provider related to month end reporting package.

Intercompany transactions Management

• Ensure agreements are in place and maintain inter-co agreement listings up to-date.
• Update intercompany recharges template for corporate function.

Treasury Matters

• Support in preparing daily cash flow report.
• Manage hedging operations, evaluation, and monitoring of daily rates.
• Support in other Treasury matters.

Others

• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, internal control procedures and accounting policies.
• Review existing processes and drive for continuous improvements.
• Perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

2. Technical Skills:
