Reporting to the Principal Officer, this role is primarily responsible for the oversight of the financial reporting for St. James’s Place International plc (Singapore Branch) (“SJPISB”). The role holder is also responsible for providing business support for SJPISB.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

• Ensure that all financial reporting for SJPISB is in accordance with all relevant reporting standards/requirements and consistent with the relevant accounting policies and standards.
• Ensure that the Key Finance Controls of SJPISB are appropriate including the processing of payments and transfers within the Branch's delegated authorities framework.

• Support SJPISB in its oversight of its third party providers including the administration centres, asset custodian, actuary and payroll providers.
• Responsible for the production of the outsourcing oversight Management Information reports.
• Support SJPISB and the Asia & Middle East Finance Division in related processes as requested by the Principal Officer.

Position Overview: We are looking for a experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take charge of our organisation’s financial operations. Qualifications:

• More than 10 -15 years of proven experience in finance sector
• Bachelor of Accounting or relevant degree from reputable univerisity

• Prepare tax provisions schedules and filling of quarterly GST returns.
• Liaise with auditors on audit matters and audit schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing AP and AR.
