Working Days/Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm

Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Generate invoice.
• Verify accuracy of bills and obtain approval before sending out, especially on non-standard items, interest charges, arrears payment, failed Giro deduction.
• Ensure billings are done on time, to prevent backlogs and incurring bad debts that needs to be written off.
• Perform routine internal / manual / billing system compliance checks as well as on payment receivables using advanced excel formulas.
• Perform immediate corrective actions on billing errors through comms to the public.
• Oversee cases with arrears.
• Monitor payment and prepare bills for late payment interest and prepare report using data visualisation tools.
• Keep records of conversations with tenants for fees not collected within the stipulated timeframe.
• Call to hasten/ clarify on late payments.
• Prepare invoicing for ad hoc billing scenarios.
• Offset payment against individual invoices for accurate arrears tracking.
• Establish arrangements with banks on Giro payment reports, failed deduction etc.
• Ensure write off process is adhered to.
• Track arrears till closure according to guidelines established.

Requirements:

• Singaporean.
• Good data analytic skill such as maintaining data, gathering data from primary and secondary sources, identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends from the data.
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business or similar fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations.

Job Profile Summary:

You are responsible for the overall business operations and ensure that all processes are in place and running effectively and efficiently. This includes being central point of contact for managing the overall partnership with the Bank and to ensure all processes are in place and identify synergies across projects and initiatives to facilitate collaboration.

Job Description:

• Devise and execute customer, product propositions and strategies with the Banca Team.
• Work closely with the Bank’s stakeholders (Cluster Heads, Team Leads and Banca Managers) to ensure achievement of bancassurance targets.
• Identify sellers who require additional coaching or skillsets to achieve higher production targets.
• Devise coaching methodology and conduct effective coaching sessions.
• Spearhead conversations with internal stakeholders to enhance sellers’ productivity and tools availability.
• Ensure the fulfilment of expectations that is set for Personal Wealth Banking.
• Analyse sales and productivity data to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and derive action plan to drive performance across segments and channel.
• Analyse, influence and lead action plans in accordance to segment and channel strategies.
• Analyse and compare the present state of products, processes, and applications for improvements.
• Collect and interpret segment performance statistics and other relevant data.
• Assist the management and other teams to draw business goals and needs.

Working Experience

• At least 3-5 years of relevant business development experience in bancassurance or partnership setup
• At least 2-3 years of advisory experience in bancassurance setting is preferred
• CMFAS certification Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A & HI (Preferred)

Education

• Diploma / Degree in Finance/ Business or relevant fields of study

Role: Solution Architect/Data Engineer (Banking)

Senior Data Engineer – Someone with experience on building up data lakes/warehouses with strong development background on cloud such as Azure or AWS would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Write production code and develop applications/interfaces for Trading Analytics.

• Co-design the architecture for Data Platform and Data Analytics, including the development of Data Lake/Warehouse, optimization of data flows, and highly automated data cleansing.

• Test and deploy algorithms, develop applications, and interfaces for various use cases in Markets area.

• Ensure that applications are properly documented, and that the implementation is in line with internal architecture guidelines and principles.

• Provide support regarding Data Analytics platform and software.

• Automate, monitor, and improve performance of quantitative models. • Interact with stakeholders and external vendors to optimize data and software infrastructure.

• Assist Product owner with technical questions, creating reports and implementation roadmaps, technology assessment and decisions.

• Work and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile-based approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master or PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or alike.

• 7+ years of work experience as a Developer/Software Architect. Experience in implementing financial software is a plus.

• Advanced knowledge of architectural design of real time Data Analytics solutions including Data Architecture, Databases, Data Lakes, Data flows, and Data transformations.

• Advanced coding skills in programming languages such as Python, Scala, and Java. Previous knowledge of C++, C#, and/or Haskell would be a plus.

• Expert knowledge of Cloud Computing regarding one of Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.

• Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, and Kafka.

• Previous knowledge of Oracle, MS-SQL, MongoDB is a plus.

• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dash (or similar) is a plus.

• Knowledge of object-relational mapping and object-oriented databases.

• Experience with real-time analytics, OneTick and/or KDB+ is a plus.

• Knowledge of VBA, R, Matlab, Tableau, and PowerBI is a plus.

• Knowledge of Big Data, Machine Learning, and Quantitative Finance is a plus.

• Collaborative, team player, open minded, and easy to work with.

• Proficient presentation skills and high attention to detail.

• Able to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
