• Min. 2 years of experience with standard enterprise security tools (e.g., Database Activity Monitoring, Zero Trust Segmentation, Security Information & Event Management, Intrusion Detection Prevention System, Endpoint Detection & Response, etc)
• Min. 2 years of operational experience with Splunk or similar log aggregation/analysis platforms
• Expert execution of investigative concepts for escalated incidents to determine the impact and root cause.
• Strong foundation in security threat and attack countermeasure.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in SIEM and intrusion detection analysis as well as application layer protocols.
• Have experience in security related areas. Especially experience and expertise in security incident detection and threat intelligence are proven to be extremely useful.
• Advanced understanding of various operating systems and web technologies with professional security certifications would be a plus.

The Loan Control and Reporting Team is responsible for ensuring the accurate administration and reporting of loan portfolios. This role involves maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing internal, regulatory & HO reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient execution of offshored processes, overseeing service level agreements, and quality standard
• Develop a robust transaction monitoring and reconciliation mechanism where adherence to service levels and outliers can be identified and resolved dynamically
• Lead collaboration and support to offshore teams.
• Manage operational incidents tracking, prompt issue resolution, root causes identification; Initiate thematic studies to eliminate incident reoccurrences.
• Accurate processing of various transactions adherence to banking regulations, policies, and service level agreements to maintain operational excellence:
• Provide subject matter expertise towards projects initiatives.
• Lead management reporting and data analytics initiatives in the department.
• Initiate ideas towards digitization/paperless processing.
• Assist and support corporate clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Proactively manage people development, people engagement, job rotation and succession plans in the team(s).
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
