Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Finance this role will support finance related activities such as budget preparation, month end variance analysis and reporting packs. This role will also be involves in conducting detailed financial analysis, providing data-driven insights reports and developing forecast to support decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing projects revenue recognition report by working with operations teams, PMO, billing, etc (including actual revenue recognition accounting and forecasting)
• Support & develop automated dashboard using system tools including SAP S4, SAC, PowerBI
• Preparing and submission of annual budget, monthly financials with variance analysis
• Preparation & Submission of monthly & quarterly business review packs and ad hoc review of similar nature to Corporate FinanceMonthly/quarterly financial performance to HQ via SAP/SAC
  Monthly R&O and Cashflow forecast.
  Business review decks (Monthly & Quarterly)
• Analyze key business drivers (Customer, OEM, Project profitability, etc.) and track KPIs (Revenue, Earnings, FCF, Overhead, Sell Efficiency etc.)
• Recommend to the management for any process improvement opportunities for efficiency, control, and compliance enhancement.
• Support global projects and IT system rollouts.
• Other duties as may be assigned by your manager to support operational and business success.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with finance qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA
• Min 5 years’ experience in financial accounting & reporting, internal controls, or financial planning & analysis functions.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills and able to synthesize complex data and draw key conclusions
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively and drive result while meeting critical deadlines.

Finance Executive

Responsibilities

· Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable function

· Processing of vendor invoices and ensuring 3-way matching are compliance to internal control requirement.

· Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statement of account and ensure completeness of transactions.

· Attend to trade and intercompany vendor enquires on payment matters or invoice discrepancies.

· Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation and account confirmation.

· Process and verify staff expenses claim and ensure compliance with Travel and Expenses Policy

· Processing of payment run for all modes of payments based on payment cycle.

· Update daily or weekly bank clearing and perform monthly bank reconciliation.

· Preparation of monthly expenses accruals journal and ensure accuracy of GL account input.

· Preparation of monthly recharge schedule and arrange recharge to various entities.

· Perform timely and accurate closing of AP module as per given timeline.

· Perform monthly Fixed Asset module transactions.

· Assist in monthly closing and preparation of monthly audit schedule and closing reports.

· Assist in annual internal and external audit requirement.

· Assist to ad-hoc automation initiatives and participating in system implementation.

· Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Accounts Payable function

· Proficient in MS office Excel and SAP experience

· Knowledge of internal control procedures or SOX

· Good interpersonal skills and team player mindset to collaborate with team members and functional departments.

· Proactive and positive working attitude and committed to deadline.

Handles Full Spectrum of accounts payable

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Liaise with Main contractors on the payment issue

Requirement

Diploma in accountancy or ACCA Level 1

3-5 year experience in handling partial accounts

Meticulous and good interpersonal skills able to work under timeline pressure
