Job Description

We are looking for an integral member of the leadership team responsible for the overall strategic planning and financial activities within the company. Apart from the daily finance operations and governance, you will manage all corporate finance matters including investor relations, M&A and investment decisions, fund raising as well as preparing the company for IPO readiness. You are a key business partner to commercial and operation heads in formulating strategies for growth and driving key metrics to achieve business objectives and profitability goals. You will drive continuous improvements in processes and drive best practices across different markets.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

• Degree qualified with more than 10 years of working experience in a fast-paced business environment
• An experienced finance business partner in supporting a high growth business achieve performance targets, challenges status quo and identifies opportunities for growth
• Good corporate finance experience including experience in M&A deals, investors relations and fund raising activities.
• Strong leadership experience in managing finance team dealing with high volume business
• Highly motivated individual, independent and hands-on will be crucial
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders with different cultural background
