JOB DUTIES:

• Process customers’ requests in the Card Member Services function, e.g.
Cancellation of Cards, Replacement of Cards, Bill Payment, GIRO applications
• Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback/complaints and
queries promptly
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency and service
quality in the team • Support in digitization effort driven by the management and ad
hoc /admin tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Holder
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to think objectively and
'think outside the box' when analyzing issues
• Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mindset
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communications skills, driving outcomes
through influence and negotiations
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word &
Powerpoint

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Futures & Options clearing and Backoffice platforms.
• Work closely with teams in F&O Business, Marketing, Client Solutions, and Operations to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with global tech teams on requirement analysis, project milestones, and testing.
• Manage relationships with external vendors delivering clearing and Backoffice platforms.
• Organize and prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders across regions to ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of Futures, Options, and Cleared Derivatives.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technical solutions for effectiveness.
• Familiarity with SDLC and software management.
• Focus on achieving optimal business outcomes.
• Skill in breaking down complex issues and making timely decisions.
• Experience in creating standard operating procedures to address recurring issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle IT system risk framework and assessment (Outsourcing, critical and system risk assessment)
• Deal with MAS vulnerability announcement, patch management and access control
• Conduct IT security training
• Ensure compliance to regulations (MAS etc)
• Recommend measures to close gap and improve existing processes
• Work with IT Dev and IT Infra team to ensure compliance of IT Risk
• Deal with IT auditors
• Update IT policy and guidelines
• Participate in any adhoc IT project/enhancements
• Work closely with other business stakeholders etc.

• Degree in IT/Information Technology/Information Security/Computer Science or any other relevant IT education
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling IT Risk/Cyber security in a bank or Financial Institutions
