Jobscope:

• Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, fixed assets, GL, banking) and prepare monthly financial reports for management and Board review.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and handle GST returns and statutory filings.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and banking transactions.
• Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and external parties.
• Provide financial reports for Sub-committee and Board meetings.
• Perform additional duties to support business needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Highly accountable for delivering tasks accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve and enter data from online systems.
2. Classify assets for property tax according to predefined rules.
3. Develop process flow charts for GST Assisted Compliance Assurance Program (ACAP).
4. Conduct historical trend analysis and ratio analysis on financial/tax data.
5. Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Taxation/Accountancy/Finance.
• At least 2-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
