Job Scope:

• Use storyboarding, task analysis, user research tasks and whatever appropriate to capture and develop user requirements.
• Support and engage with cross-functional / business / multi-channel teams with minimum to no direct line responsibility for those individuals.
• Assist with the creation and design of process flows, journey maps, etc. that can facilitate the understanding of sales customer journey.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have hands-on experience working as Business Consultant/Analyst in either data migration projects (for Life Insurance) and / or experience in implementing / handling change requests in eBAO Policy Administration System (PAS) or any Life Insurance Policy Administration System (PAS) and / or experience working on interface requirements in any Life Insurance Policy Administration System (PAS) implementation.
• Must have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience working on Life Insurance Policy Administration, and excellent understanding of policy lifecycle and various business processes involved.
• Experience in Agile methodology and ways of working including hands-on experience using Agile tools, ceremonies and methods.
• Ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders based on good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives.
• Ability to think innovatively to find creative solutions with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data.
• Experience in developing business case, business requirements, and impact assessments.
• Good awareness of the testing process and experience of performing testing.
• Experience of process improvement and Lean thinking methodologies.
