This role involves managing the lifecycle of agency transactions, including handling drawdowns, repayments, compliance checks, and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full transaction lifecycle for syndicated loans, from onboarding to final repayment.
• Execute drawdowns, rate adjustments, interest payments, and repayments according to contract terms.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of documentation related to syndicated loans, adhering to contractual terms and internal policies.
• Act as a central point of contact for syndicate banks, clients, and internal teams, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth communication.
