Role Responsibilities:

This role requires a dynamic, well-organized and analytical financial officer to drive and manage all aspects of the finance function, including corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, accounting, tax and structuring, corporate secretarial duties, management and regulatory reporting, managing all other relevant external stakeholder relations, including banks, regulators and the government.

In addition to leading the accounting and FP&A functions, the candidate will be maintaining a complete overview over existing investments and operational businesses. The candidate will also work closely with the CEO and the senior management team of the division to continuously evaluate and develop the investment and operating strategies of the VFT division.

The position will work together with the CEO to be responsible for, managing external stakeholder relations related to finance and corporate governance, including banks, regulators, investors and other relevant authorities.

This role will be based in Singapore with frequent travel within South-East Asia; and travel to Europe, US and other parts of the world as required.

• Lead the accounting and FP&A team to ensure that the financial transactions, financial reporting, and forecasting are processed and completed according to standards.
• Act as VFT’s key management and provide leadership and strategic direction to the business through the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies enabling the business to meet its objectives.
• Lead and manage all financing, forecasting, accounting, and fiscal aspects of VFT’s business operations and activities (including all subsidiaries) and actively assist, plan, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Build strong working relationship with Senior Management to coordinate, collaborate and align on all financial reporting matters. Coordinate with Management and other BU’s as necessary in relation to group functions including governance, risk management, capital planning and stakeholder management.
• Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
• Proactive management of capital requirements (debt and equity) and solutions for current and future business scenarios. Support the planning and execution of all capital raising initiatives and all finance aspects of potential divestment/investment or M&A transactions.
• Directs the preparation of all financial statements, tax returns and other financial information for both statutory and internal review purposes within mandatory required timeframe and otherwise as set by the board and/or CEO. Strong collaboration with Senior Management to maintain the compliance with Company standards.
• Direct and manage tax advisory and tax compliance activity according to the tax policy in relation to ongoing business, transactions and company structuring activities.
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and advising on long-term business and financial planning, including review of financial models, deal structures and participation in deal negotiations. Set targets, assess, and evaluate financial performance of organization regarding long-term goals, budgets and forecasts.
• Provide active cash management and planning for the business and coordinate with corporate treasury.
• In conjunction with the CEO and the Senior Management, establish and develop relations with external partners/investors and stakeholders in support of ongoing and future business.
• Implement the Group governance standards and policies by maintaining a close cooperation with Finance Group. Ensure adequate, relevant, and appropriate internal controls, policies and procedures that can provide a high degree of assurance on the efficiency and integrity of day-to-day operational and financial transactions.
• Anticipate potential risks and contingency plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in a senior Finance role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
• Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting applications (e.g. XERO)
• Focused and goal oriented.
• Experience in dealing with start-up businesses and dealing with diverse stakeholders will be an added advantage.

This 6-months contractual role will provide multi-sector management accounting support for the Singapore plant supporting the fast-growing Asia Pacific markets and NAB Gatorade US. This role will manage the management accounting of the annual cost budget (Manufacturing Overhead and Capital). Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Business Central, in the Finance department. This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a seamless deployment while supporting the Finance team with ongoing ERP management and day-to-day workload distribution.

The ERP Manager will work closely with the Finance Director and two existing executives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs. This is a 2-year contract position with the potential for extension based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation and Management

1. Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation process, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
2. Collaborate with external implementation partners and vendors to ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
3. Coordinate data migration, integration with existing systems and government’s InvoiceNow, and configuration of ERP modules (Financial Management, Reporting, budget, etc.).
4. Manage project milestones, risks, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.

Operational Support and Training

1. Provide day-to-day support for ERP-related tasks, including troubleshooting, user access management, and resolving system issues.
2. Develop training programs and documentation to empower the Finance team to use the ERP system effectively.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor support and maintenance.

Collaboration and Optimization

1. Identify and implement process improvements within the Finance department, leveraging the ERP system to enhance efficiency.
2. Work with the Finance team to balance workload and address operational bottlenecks.
3. Provide regular updates to the Finance Director on project progress, challenges, and key decisions.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Professional certification in ERP systems, project management (e.g., PMP), or finance (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP system implementation and management, preferably with Microsoft Business Central or similar platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional ERP projects in mid-sized organizations.
• Experience working in Finance or with Finance teams is highly desirable.

Skills

• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and resource-constrained environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft apps like Power BI, Copilot and Power Automate.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting function of the company (including AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, GST, CbCR, Corporate tax and reporting etc)
2. Manage all accounting requirements (including operational, statutory, management and financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting)

8. To lead quarterly stock take and accounts-related projects
9. Review and implement improvement in internal control and processes to minimize risk exposure
10. Ensure proper credit control of accounts receivable
11. Responsible for Fixed assets management, cash flow forecasting and control of company expenses, Capital Expenditure management
12. Review and formulate finance policies and procedures
13. Maintaining efficient and effective work flow system and make recommendations to management when necessary
14. Review current ERP system, assist in training and support on financial system and processes and lead system implementation if necessary

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
