• Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, sister companies etc.
• Claims handling;
• Train and guide assistants in their support role;
• Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols;
• Ensure reserves are provide or updated in a timely and realistic manner;
• Add pvalue to underwriters by advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling such as issues due to gap in policy wording and on risk improvement;
