2025 Graduate Trainee Program (Finance Track):

This is an 18-month program designed to equip you with foundational knowledge and professional skills in the Finance and Risk departments. Job Responsibilities

• Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders in performing cost calculation and pricing on existing and new services/ projects.
• Ensure Service master is updated and accurate for system go-live.
• Prepare, formulate, and rationalise price revision proposal to ensure organisation’s financial sustainability, while taking into consideration patient bill impact.
• Work with IT vendor to maintain efficient SharePoint workflow as part of continuous process improvement, including the identification and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and report SharePoint workflow turnaround time.
• Ensure accurate and timely update of data files for internal management reporting.
• Support annual cost refresh/ updates on services.
• Provide Business partnering support to Business Units within a growing regional healthcare system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Degree in Finance, Finance Analytics, Business or equivalent
• Experience on costing, pricing analysis

The Securities Banking Senior Specialist provides supervision and guidance to Settlement/Transfer team in their daily operational activities covering Equities, Bonds, Structure Notes, Mutual Fund, Hedge Fund and Private Equity Fund.  In addition, he/she will also be monitoring and undertaking Asian’s client transaction processes, working within agreed AAPL and Client policies and procedures.

Your key tasks 

• Ensuring that all transactions (free and against payment) are processed correctly and settled in a timely manner.
• Control actions/coordination with clients, trade departments and custodians.
• Cash and security reconciliation
• Compliance with Services Level Agreements (SLA), KRI/KPI and keeping oneself abreast of market/regulatory changes.
• Ability to define test cases and ensure UAT is executed as required.
• Support in the development and implementation of technical improvements of Avaloq`s core banking platform, participate in ad hoc projects.
