Havas Singapore is looking for a Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial and management accounts reporting
- Perform month-end closing activities including management reports, group reporting packages and audit schedules
- Responsible for balance sheet account reconciliation and prepares monthly journals
- Responsible for intercompany reconciliation and reporting
- Manage cash management functions including cash flow report and preparation of the daily cash report
- Provide cost variance analysis and preparing budgets
- Assist in system migration, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope
- Work closely with internal teams and service provider to manage data transfer and system implementation and ensure that the process run smoothly
- Review financial data on the accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Responsible for the maintenance of master files in financial system
- Ensure compliance to financial regulations and guidelines
- Provide support in annual audit process
- Support in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- External audit experience preferred
- Bachelor of Accountancy Degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organised with excellent time management skills
- Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Committed, highly self-motivated individual who can work independently
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Analytical and possess good problem-solving skills
