We own, evolve and support the technology platforms that handle the post-execution processing for the Securities Execution, Prime Clearing, and Prime Brokerage businesses. * Prepare information and schedule as requested by Parent company

* Prepare and file all requisite regulatory and tax submission i.e CIT, GST, WHT, COR, transfer pricing

* Prepare analysis on budget and forecast

* Prepare government surveys

* Liaise with external audit teams and tax consultants to compile requisite schedules and information (including ECI, annual tax filling, tax queries)

* Advise AR/AP on the correct GL account code and GST code entries

* Oversee the Accounts Staff in the Customer master creation, billing, collection, contra, SOA and reporting activities according to the specific deadlines

* Monitor debtor's aging and ensure Accounts Executive follow up on the collection

* Systems and projects: Participate in systems changes/testing/implementation and other projects when required

* Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Relevant accounting certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus

* Experience with SAP system and Accounting Reporting Standards

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Verify accounts payable records, process invoices and payments, and perform Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliation.
• Utilize the ERP system to input data, perform AP matching, generate reports, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries from both Internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the periodic closing process.
• Provide support for system implementation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with tax and audit-related matters.
• Act as a team player and provide backup support for team members as needed.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business in Accounting.

Job Description:

• In charge of the preparation of entities’ monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SFRS, Corporate tax, Charity and IPC specific reporting obligations
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including the analysis and commentary on major variances
• Provide monthly audit schedules and assist in internal and external audit queries
• In charge for preparation of entities corporate tax (ECI) and work closely with tax agent to file annual corporate tax returns
• Handle all tax queries and tax audit whenever required
• Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Support and ensure compliance with all financial filling requirements, corporate tax filling requirement
• Involve in continuous process improvement for more effective and efficient operation
• Assist in new business initiatives and system implementation when required
• Able to work within tight deadlines

Qualifications and requirements:

• Degree in accounting or ACCA and/or its equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience with full set accounting and preferably with audit/tax background.
• Good working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax.
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Can-do attitude, good team player, driven and passionate.
