9. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
10. Collaborate with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance testing processes and standardize testing practices across operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications.
2. 1-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or similar roles.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.

1. Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks.

• Develop expert knowledge pertaining to derivatives regulatory requirements, processes and systems for a number of transactions and position based Regulatory reports
• Oversee the implementation efforts of new rules or changes within existing obligations
• Provide oversight of the impact assessments done on these reports for new markets, new products, business reorganizations, system changes and new/changed regulations
• Investigate, remediate and provide supervisory guidance on issues with these reports and develop control improvements
• Improve current processes, procedures and reports including automation of manual processes
• Contribute to strategic initiatives relating to these reports, for example strategic Technology developments
• Define and provide supervisory oversight for comprehensive project documentation in support of strategic initiatives and change management including: business/functional requirement documents, process flow diagrams and comprehensive data analysis
• Produce test scripts and co-ordinate / participate in testing activities with Operations and Technology
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Technology, other Operations groups and various Business units to manage change programs and issue resolution for these reports
• Act as a risk manager for the firm through ongoing assessment and awareness of the regulatory environment and the firm’s adherence to its reporting obligations
• Be flexible to contribute to other activities within the group where necessary, e.g. daily report production

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Between 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office products
• Analytical thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate strategy to execution
• Problem solving and documentation skills with an ability to understand complex workflows
• Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred candidate will have 1-3 years of business experience in financial services/ operations, included past responsibility for regulatory reporting, audit, compliance, middle office support, project management, risk management, and implementation of strategic operational plans
• Experience with derivative products and expertise as a business analyst around regulations like OTC Derivative Reporting to HKMA, JFSA, ASIC and particularly MAS is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in month end closing including review of financial reports and prepare commentaries
• Handling mall vouchers and promotions recording and reimbursement for all stores including queries from stores or other stakeholders
• Assist in monthly cashflow forecast
• Handle queries on payment, billing and sales issue by coordinating with stores, share service team and external parties.
• Assist to prepare information for statutory audit, internal audit and income tax submission
• Support day to day finance operations including liaise with various internal and external parties on finance related matters
• Assist in administrative works such as filing and mails
• Handle other ad hoc duties
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualifications in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity in retail/FMCG industry
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and controls
• Hands-on, analytical, accurate and meticulous
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Positive attitude, independent, self-starter, detail oriented, good communication skills, strong team player and able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP will be an added advantage
