About the Role

As a member of the Specialised Transaction Management (“STM”) team in Singapore, you will be responsible for manage and monitor a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance international transactions that covers Project Finance, Structured Export Finance, Structured Asset Finance and Acquisition Finance.

What will your day look like?

As an Associate Director, Specialised Transaction Management, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Effective management and monitoring of a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance Intl transactions that covers Project Finance, Structured Export Finance, Structured Asset Finance and Acquisition Finance.
• Support the delivery and execution of the Corporate Finance International strategy.
• Support broader portfolio management activities, including audits, controls testing, portfolio and regulatory reporting together with specific sector/industry reviews.
• Represent the business at various risk management forums, Early Alerts meetings and discussions with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development of key client relationships with RM partners.
• Support end to end processes within the business, working closely with the operations and enablement teams.

Principal Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the governance and controls of Fair Value are adhered to through Review and Oversight of all Fair Value Adjustments (FVA), Independent Price Verification (IPV) and Prudent Valuation Adjustment (PVA) for the following sub-areas within Rates business: Structured Rates, Structured Index Products, Private Credit

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and monitor the group’s treasury position and compliance with loan covenants and regulations, assist with bank loan financing/re-financing exercises and monitor the overall cash flow position, including funds utilization and the prompt upstream of funds from dividends & interests.

Reporting to the AVP Finance & Accounting, Asia Pacific, the Associate Director, Finance’s role is one of a strategic business partner to key stakeholders in the organization by providing leadership, supervision and development opportunities to his/her team members. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Finance and Accounting
