(B) SUMMARY OF KEY FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Within the limits of delegated authority, the Finance and Administrative Manager is responsible for the following duties:
▪ Manage all accounting and financial operations, including procurement, payments, accounts payable, the general ledger, revenue recognition, and outsourced payroll.

(D) ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
As technical manager, accountable for the correct and consistent application of policies and procedures in the management of administrative and Finance functions through the provision of technical leadership, guidance, and support to the country office and sub-offices where applicable.

Contributes to strategic planning and policy changes/formulation on administrative matters as necessary. Provides technical input to the establishment of administrative and Finance guidelines. As an Advisor to the Secretary-General, the incumbent updates staff on administrative and Finance policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, providing authoritative advice and administrative support. Decides on the appropriate application and interpretation of administrative rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Coordinates the Administration and Finance of the organisation to support policy reform in administrative and financial management; advises on the applicability of new policy directives. Makes substantive recommendations on the improvement of systems and internal controls, planning, restructuring, and resolution of sensitive issues. Keeps the Secretary-General abreast of potential problem areas and identifies and recommends solutions. Prepares reports on administrative matters.

Work in close cooperation with the Secretary-General to promote a culture of the highest ethical standards and behaviour in management. Contribute to initiatives for management improvement by capturing, institutionalizing, and sharing best practices and lessons learned. Oversees administrative support and services of the organisation including preparation of service contracts, preparations of requisitions for all administrative supplies and guidance on administrative procedures. (F) EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
An advanced university degree (minimum of a Master’s degree and preferably a PhD) in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent certificate from a recognized University is mandatory. Qualified Accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and Membership of a professional body such as the ACCA, ACA, etc. are mandatory.

A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in the area of finance, financial risk management, or any other comparable experience in a Big 4 (or equivalent) Accounting firm and in industry, preferably with multinational companies, is desirable. Proficiency in the use of the following types of accounting software (general accounting software, payroll software, inventory management software, and invoicing software), with specific competence in two or more of the following accounting software: NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Desktop Pro,Sage Intacct, FreshBooks, QB Enterprise, Xero, SAP Business One, Blackline, and Acumatica, among others is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the team in handling the company’s day-to-day financial transactions, including but not limited to invoice verification and bill processing.
- Perform data entry and organize relevant financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in performing financial analysis.
- Provide assistance in the preparation of audit required documents and materials to facilitate the audit process
- Assist in managing the company’s cash flow, including monitoring bank account balances and reconciliation of bank statement.
- Assist in processing employee reimbursements and benefits applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in other ad-hoc financial projects and special tasks, provide support and assistance as needed.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

The Role

You will perform production application support task for Supply Chain finance platform in APAC region.

Job Responsibilities

• Be the Subject Matter Expert on the Supply Chain Finance platform and eco-system facing the bank users.
• Responsible in E2E management of production incidents / service request linked to the Supply Chain Finance platform (e.g. Opening of tickets / weekly meetings on progress of outstanding issues / coordination with internal team on the execution of data extraction).
• Perform detailed support and troubleshooting for production incidents linked to Supply Chain Finance platform including coordination with internal and external stakeholders for impact analysis / workaround / root cause analysis.
• Work with the System Owner / Incident Manager to build on the Operational Knowledge Base / incident process management focusing on Supply Chain Finance ecosystem. PIC is responsible in creating / maintaining such documents including working with the project team to gain knowledge on any new enhancements / releases on the Supply Chain Finance eco-system.
• Responsible for validation of the platform after any scheduled / unscheduled patching of the Supply Chain Finance ecosystem.
• Responsible for management of the platform / coordination with internal stakeholders during any Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Responsible for execution on any system config changes linked to Supply Chain Finance platform.
• Highlight and escalates risk issues to relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Participate in system restoration for Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or information Technology, Finance or Economics.
• Min. 9 years of work experience in the application or system support function, preferably in the finance industry.
• Possess functional knowledge in the Supplier Finance / Accounts Receivables Purchase / Dynamic Discounting product including middle office / back-office operations such as funding / payments.
• Possess functional knowledge on Finshare Platform (by Premium Technology)
• Experience in Enterprise Application support environment with interaction to multiple function (developer, infrastructure and service desk) and business users.
• Good understanding and competency in scripting (such as DOS, Shell Scripting).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in reviewing problems and making recommendations / decisions.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership of results.
• Possess self-motivated and driven work ethnic to ensure high quality work in a timely manner.
