· Dealing with inbound customer calls to deal with enquiries and perform cross selling
· Min Nitec/ Diploma holder; Possess certificate of BCP, PGI & HI is a plus
· Salary up to $ 3,500 + KPI allowance + Completion bonus
· Monday to Friday 9-6pm
· 1 Year Contract - Convertible
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and recommending procedural improvements.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set out in the Contact Centre.
- Provide high levels of service delivery, contributing to team performance standards.
- Resolve customer concerns, feedback, and complaints using appropriate skills and techniques.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Team Manager for service improvement.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience in day-to-day activities.
- Proactively promote and cross-sell company products and services when opportunities arise.
- Foster positive, professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Be willing to perform additional or overtime duties when required by operational needs.
- Assist with ad hoc initiatives and projects as delegated by management.
- Stay updated with job knowledge by studying new products and participating in educational opportunities.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of operations, customer journey, experience, and product/campaign redesign through insights and support for team and management projects.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact centre environment.
- Certification in BCP, PGI, and HI is a plus.
- Experience in the financial industry/insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma holder.
- Strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
