• Business Performance Reporting: Preparing regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance to senior management and key stakeholders. • Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. This includes analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), financial ratios, and other financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Cost Analysis and Control: Analysing costs and expenses to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend cost-saving measures. This includes working closely with other key stakeholders of the bank to review and investigate monthly cost performance and assist in executing cost management agendas.
• Strategic Planning Support: Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning initiatives. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams track the progress of key strategic initiatives and highlight risks and opportunities against Plan delivery and recommend actions needed (where appropriate).

The Opportunity

We own, evolve and support the technology platforms that handle the post-execution processing for the Securities Execution, Prime Clearing, and Prime Brokerage businesses. About the team

Our team consists of 19 people in Singapore and around 100 globally. Almost all of our projects are cross-location and cross-function, meaning we work directly with Front Office, Operations, Legal, Tax, and our Engineering colleagues from those areas, across the wider firm.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the financial reporting of portfolio of companies under the Group, as well as assisting in financial analysis, reporting and consolidation functions for Singapore .

Financial Reporting (50%)

• Provide financial information
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly and/or special reports and analysis as required
• Review reports prepared by shared services centre - monthly, quarterly, yearly
• Prepare Principal reports (IFC, Business Plan)
• Statistic / Survey Preparation and submission
• Preparation and finalization of budget and forecasts

• Consolidation

The Executive Assistant & Finance Support reports to the Chief Financial Executive (CFE) for the Asia Pacific (AP), Europe & Middle East (EME) region, and is responsible for providing quality and efficient administrative assistance. Core Work Activities

Personal Assistant Duties:

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum Diploma. General Degree preferably in business, finance or accounting.
