Job Mandate

The Commercial Banking Head is primarily responsible for the overall targets of the Singapore branch Commercial Banking group. He/She is responsible for managing projects assigned, from planning to implementation, developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients and gathers feedback as well as obtains information regarding market environment, client needs and competition.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develops sales and marketing strategies for the branch and implements these strategies to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.

2. Oversees the overall operations of the branch.

3. Ensures that control and compliance are properly disseminated in the branch.

4. Attends to the administrative related matters such as conduct of regular meetings, premises upkeep, review and implementation of policies and procedures, manpower issues, movements.

5. Performs other duties assigned from time to time.

Job responsibility:

1. Develop marketing and promotion plans for retail banking products and services, including time deposits, CASA and wealth and be responsible for marketing communications across all publicity channels such as online banking, SMS, etc.

2. Manage retail banking marketing budget and work closely with product managers on strategic marketing campaigns.

3. Conduct market monitoring on competitor banks' promotions and strategise on tactical marketing campaigns with product managers.

4. Manage content for Facebook and WeChat accounts and prepare monthly marketing reports.

5. Follow up on marketing campaigns and perform post-campaign analysis.

6. Organise customer-facing events (e.g. for wealth and cross-border customers), assist in artwork conceptualisation, liaison with vendors on print and installation and other associated tasks.

7. Assist with the creative design, preparation, print, installation and upload of marketing collaterals such as branch TV screen digital posters, brochures, posters, etc.

8. Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Education：Degree and above in reputable university

2. Relevant Working Experience: 3 years and above

3. Competency： Communication and coordination skills

4. Language Proficiency: Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, with good oral and

written communication skills in English and Mandarin so as to communicate with Chinese

speaking customers or organization.

5. Other requirements:

• Principle duties are collecting functional requirements from stakeholders, and able to document and explain the requirements to development and QA team

• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Finance users to elicit and validate business requirements.

• Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.

• Leverage the subject matter experts in Technology & Operations in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.

• Become an effective “bridge” between business users and technology.

• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
