Assist the Accounting Manager in the following scope of work:

Responsibilities:

1. Support Department Head to:

• Supervise a team staff to oversee smooth operations flow in meeting the company's objectives and key performance indicators.

2. Effective Change Manager

• Drive changes in Finance Ops processes to meet changes in business requirements.
• Keep updated on technological advancements in AP/AR systems arena and review/evaluate their suitability for the business.

3. Responsible for following up on the abnormalities detected by Data Analytics and report on findings from the investigation.

4. Liaise with internal and external auditors, bankers, other divisions and external vendors on payment related matters.

Project Management:

• Driving process simplification and lead the implementation of standardization and scalable processes.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of technology driven initiatives (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics).
• Involve in the development, migration and enhancement of the Source systems and Finance system.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant commercial experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the major accounting software (eg SAP, Workday)
• Experience with system changes implementation and UAT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Sound knowledge of GST and Withholding tax
• Audit experience would be a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an analyst in the Treasury Legal group, you will work closely with business professionals across the firm, as well as with outside counsel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with Goldman Sachs sales and trading desks, both in APAC and internationally, to prepare offering documents for structured products and develop new structured products
• Working with the firm’s Corporate Treasury group on treasury activities for the firm, including debt and preferred stock offerings, bank loans, dividend payments, secured funding and guarantees

Purpose of Role

What you can expect

The areas of focus for the Technical Analyst includes Event Management, Incident Management, and Level I triage of networking with a primary focus on network change oversight and stability.
