What you can expect

The areas of focus for the Technical Analyst includes Event Management, Incident Management, and Level I triage of networking with a primary focus on network change oversight and stability. Network exposure will include (but not limited to) routing & switching, perimeter security, traffic management, content inspection infrastructure, and emerging technologies such as Software Defined Networking. • Identify and deliver functional enhancements in processes and/or core tools and technologies that will improve divisional leverage

Client Focus – Deliver consistent client service through partnerships with other teams and divisions

• Effectively handle challenging requests, and build trusting, long-term relationships with clients

Risk Management – Partner with regional management team to provide effective oversight of key Asset Servicing Functions

• Contribute to and drive technical and operating environment risk review

Your new role

• Support Front Office applications and electronic trading applications as well as deliver on critical business driven projects and initiatives for ESG governance team.
• Support core business processes covering portfolio construction, order generation, order management, trade execution, trade confirmation and trade settlement.
• Responsible for managing Incidents, major incident, problem and change management related activities.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Hands on experience with operating systems like UNIX/LINUX. Advanced understanding and ability to write scripts in Perl, Shell, Python, PowerShell.
• Advanced Database/SQL skills - ability to write stored procedures. Good to have exposure to Snowflake.
• Good understanding of Equity/Derivatives/FX trade life cycle, electronic trading, FIX and accounting.
