The Role

• Build and manage relationships with privilege banking clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored financial planning and advisory services to grow their portfolio.
• Deliver regular market updates and recommend suitable wealth management products.
• Ensure exceptional service levels to meet client expectations and enhance their overall experience.
• Adhere to internal compliance standards, including KYC and AML requirements.

The Requirements

• Proven experience in wealth management with a successful track record in managing client portfolios (Personal/Privilege Banking).
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, combined with a driven mindset to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (native or professional level) is required for effective communication with native Indonesian privilege banking clients (offshore).
