Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre-authorization process for cases in Singapore, assessing proposed treatment and therapies for medical necessity, in accordance with global medical guidelines.
• Review claims and evaluate the appropriateness and cost-effectiveness of the medical treatment and services.
• Use clinical knowledge to assess diagnosis and treatment plans and goals and identifies gaps in care or risks for readmission or complications.
• Establish patient centric goals and interventions to meet the member’s needs.
• Interface with the member, family members/caregivers, and the healthcare team, as well as internal matrix partners.
• Balance business needs with patient advocacy.
• Assess member’s health status and treatment plan and identifies any gaps or barriers to healthcare.
• Coordinate care for customers by reviewing medical and claim information, ensure compliance with approved services and fees and discuss cases with hospital staff and physicians.
• Establish a documented patient centric case management plan involving all appropriate parties (client, physician, providers, employers, etc.), identifies anticipated case results/outcomes, criteria for case closure, and promotes communication within all parties involved.
• Work with Cigna physicians to evaluate complex cases and receive appropriate clinical expertise on diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Deliver to customers clinical programs including case management, chronic condition management, lifestyle coaching, pre assignment assessment and any other program delivered by global clinical operations.
• Maintain accurate workflow and process documents.
• Adhere to professional practice within scope of licensure and certification quality assurance standards and all case management policy and procedures.
• Participate in unit and corporate training initiatives and demonstrates evidence of continuing education to maintain clinical expertise and certification as appropriate.
• Participate in clinical projects to enhance our customer’s health and wellbeing.
• Play an active role towards Cigna´s digital transformation.
• Serve as clinical liaison to Clients.

Group Treasury forms part of the wider Financial Services division. Treasury Finance provides management accounting and product control support for the Treasury desks of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s international branches. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Be responsible for the production of daily P&L and operation of Treasury Finance controls for the Singapore office;
• Be a first point of contact to support the Front Office on queries relating to other Treasury related metrics including but not limited to Liquidity reporting, Transfer Pricing and Hedge Accounting;
• Produce regular insights and analysis into the macro-economic environment, Treasury positioning and P&L outcomes;
• Support the project pipeline and be a champion of the continuous improvement agenda for the Offshore Treasury Finance team;
• Manage the pipeline of Treasury Finance management reporting deliverables and operational improvement initiatives;
• Be a trusted advisor and key point of contact between the Offshore Treasury Front Office, Business Units, Group Finance and Risk teams;
• Seek customer feedback, address issues in the context of continual process improvement and provide a high level of customer service.

We are interested in hearing from you if you have:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Product Control role, preferably supporting a Treasury function
• Strong knowledge of Treasury products including cash, bonds, futures, repos and vanilla derivatives;
• Experience with Murex, WallStreet and/or PeopleSoft General Ledger;
• Evidence of project/continuous improvement delivery and ability to support the development of other Treasury Finance team members;
• Proven strong communicator and ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders; and
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field and professional Qualifications in Accounting (E.g. ACA, FCA) or related Finance field (e.g. CFA).

Job Scope

-Process payment, refund and receipt of transaction

-Carry out timely preparation approval and submission of monthly and yearly statement of accounts

-Ensure timely preparation of monthly and yearly statement of accounts for endorsement

-Ensure compliance with government procurement and financial procedures

-Assist to develop internal checks and control, SOPs and template to facilitate effective operation of the accounts

You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of assistants. The primary responsibilities will include but not limited to,

EDUCATION
