Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the preparation of financial and management results are done in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly management report and schedule.
Prepare Budget and quarterly cash flow forecast.
Handle quarterly GST filling.
Preparation of year end statutory financial statements.
Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors.
Assist in internal audit and ensure compliance with company policies.
Liaise and communicate with bankers and internal related departments
Any other related accounting duties by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Ideally with solar industry experience
Hands-on experience with accounting software preferably Navision.
Pro-active, motivated with Strong analytical & time management skills.
Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Good communication skills.
Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax and GST Statutory, SGX Listing Rules & Corporate Government Codes.
Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
