Job Description:
-Organizing Board of Directors Meeting and Annual General Meeting
-Maintain office environment by arranging renovation, leasing, office equipment and supplies
-Conduct company events (e.g. company trip)
-Making up company budget and mid-term business plan
-Manage and maintain Accounting and related system
-Making up financial statement and audit account in accordance with SFRS/IFRS
-Making up consolidated financial statement and report to Headquarters (ENEOS Corporation in Japan)
-Tax matters (Corporate tax, Personal income tax, GST, transfer pricing etc.)
-Group finance and cash flow projection
-Support credit control of counterparties
-Manage Human Resources issues
-Recruit staffs including interviews, contracting employment agreements and other necessary procedures
-Set, review and manage policies on corporate governance
-Perform required procedures for internal control and compliance
-Liaise with Headquarters, external professional advisers, company secretary etc.
-Carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and Finance & Administration General Manager as and when necessary
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor or Master degree of economics, accounting, business etc.
-More than 4 years’ experience in Oil industries especially at least 2 years work experience in accounting or financial sections.
-Good knowledge of accounting, tax and finance
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
-Ability to communicate in fluent English.
-Ability to speak and write in Japanese language is essential to communicate with Japanese speaking associates and clients, and to report to Headquarters managements in Japan.
-Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a strategic mind
-Meticulous with good communication and presentation skill
-An Effective team player who is innovative and forward thinking
