Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales, cost, and cash flow forecasts, along with management accounts for different business divisions.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management.
• Oversee the Accounts Department, ensuring accuracy in daily operations and compliance with payment and collection policies.
• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments, including reviewing banking documents like LCs, IBCs, and invoice financing.
• Review and verify GST submissions and accounting records.
• Monitor stock movement through regular reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
• Assist CEOs and Financial Controller with various business projects.
• Handle additional tasks as required.
• Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting policies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
