- Oversee the overall governance, end-to-end process, and development of budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee all cost variances and exposures to help CHANEL manage its margin and economic expenses.

- Design and perform ad-hoc analysis, incorporating checks and balances to ensure data integrity.
- Review and challenge KPIs and results.
- Monitor financial and operational performance via KPIs and automated/self-serviced reports to support business decision-making.

- Articulate the reasons and financial consequences of management decisions with medium and long-term implications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and apply innovative system implications to support data quality and improve business performance.
- Facilitate the assessment, development, and implementation of technological tools.
- Support and coach others in the functionality and application of technological tools.

Specific Coordination & Consolidation:
The Business Finance Manager will support to provide a transversal, holistic and accurate translation of the performance and financial position of the Region.
To achieve this, the Business Finance Manager will:
- Conduct consolidation activities to provide accurate and timely information to management.
- Monitor and enforce the adoption of budget and forecast guidelines.
- Serve as the point of contact for Global teams on forecast and actuals topics.
- Work closely with the Finance Systems team to align reporting needs with system support.
- Provide transversal ad hoc analysis across functions and markets to business partners, working closely with the respective Business Finance teams.
- Consolidate, measure, and challenge SMG&A expenses in the region.

What You Will Bring
- A university degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and analysis concepts and principles.
- Extensive experience in the finance department of a multinational company.
- Strong background in Controlling and Budget Analysis, with hands-on experience in finance systems. Experience in IT Controlling, Budget Analysis, and IT financial management methodologies is a plus.
