Job Description

• Coordinate with Product Development teams, Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis.
• Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
• Assist the Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products.
• Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data (e.g. contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, etc.)
• Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Major in Finance/Economics/Commerce/Accountancy or any other relevant education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with Chinese-speaking clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Remittance and Deposit

1. Process / Check and authorize Inward and Outward remittance transactions and internal transfer.

2. Process / Check and authorize Term Deposit placement, rollover, early break and redemptions.

3. Process / Check and authorize inward and outward clearing cheque, cheque book requisition, inward and outward IBG transactions .

6. Attend to enquiries from other business /support units.
